Rad Retro Crewneck

• Eligibility for Refund:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund.
  • The crewneck must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Refunds will only be issued for manufacturing defects, incorrect items shipped, or dissatisfaction with product.

• Non-Refundable Items:

  • Any crewneck that has been worn, washed, or altered is not eligible for a refund.
  • Clearance items or items marked as final sale are not refundable.

• Refund Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at Contact@RADomaha.com or 402-990-5775 with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

• Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or there was an error in the order.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Exchanges:

  • If you need a different size or color, we will gladly process an exchange as long as the item is in stock. Follow the same return process to initiate an exchange.
